Frailty refers to a person’s mental and physical resilience, or their ability to bounce back and recover from events like illness and injury. Being frail means a relatively ‘minor’ health problem can have a severe long term impact on someone’s health and wellbeing.
If you're living with frailty, or care for someone who is, come along to our FREE event to find out more information and get support to help you live well.

Managing Your Menopause webinar
Thursday 14 May 2026, 7pm to 8pm
This FREE webinar is open to all women, at any stage of the menopause journey to help understand what menopause is and how it is diagnosed.
The session is facilitated by Dr Susanna Unsworth, a Community Gynaecology Specialist GP with a strong focus on women’s health and menopause care.
It aims to:
- Understand what menopause is and how it is diagnosed Explore the range of symptoms you might experience
- Learn practical steps you can take to manage symptoms and optimise your health, including diet, exercise, and other non-medical strategies
- Discuss treatment options, including Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
